ProEMgen — technology and applications

01IMPLEMENTATION / TRANSFORMATION / PROMOTION

A shared method, from trial to publication.

01

Implementation

Agree on a bio-object, a comparable control and a measurement protocol. Proposed GaN modules and sensor kits support experiments in bioreactors and field conditions, subject to availability and local safeguards.

02

Transformation

Turn measurements into reproducible time-series analysis. The research-interface design connects documented data with Python or R models, uncertainty estimates and baseline comparisons.

03

Promotion

Develop publications, postgraduate projects and research partnerships. Share methods and both positive and inconclusive results; publication and indexing depend on independent peer review.

02PHD / INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH

Three starting points for a research project.

Proposed thesis topics at the intersection of physics, biology and intelligent control. The experimental design is agreed with the research team.

01

Pulse edges & membrane response

Investigate nanosecond sawtooth edges and membrane polarisation in microbial cultures. Compare exposure conditions, cell viability and reproducibility with a sham control.

02

Predictive control of anaerobic phases

Model fermentation phases from time series and evaluate stagnation detection. Explore sensing integration and adaptive control; AccuStrata EEMS is a proposed research direction, not an established deployment.

03

Activated sludge & aeration energy

Study respirometry and dissolved-oxygen dynamics. Assess aeration energy together with treatment quality, load changes and sludge behaviour.

03 / OPEN API & SANDBOX

A research interface shaped together.

The planned asynchronous API and sandbox are designed for traceable observations, documented protocols and time-series exports. Access, available datasets and the experimental setup are agreed individually.
